Modifying Reciprocal Tariff Rates to Reflect Trading Partner Retaliation and Alignment - increases China tariffs to 125%, cuts the tariff to other countries to 10% for 90 days. He blinked, but still many countries are facing higher tariffs than before he started all this dangerous nonsense.

Addressing Risks Associated with an Egregious Leaker and Disseminator of Falsehoods - Miles Taylor, who wrote an op-ed using the name "Anonymous" describing resistance in Trump's administration in 2018, then a book.

Addressing Risks from Chris Krebs and Government Censorship - then Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency director said 2020 election was fair and secure. Trump disagreed, hence this revenge.

Addressing Risks from Susman Godfrey - Susman represented Dominion Voting Systems Inc. against Fox News and won. The law firm is suing, as are some of the others.

Modernizing Defense Acquisitions and Spurring Innovation in the Defense Industrial Base - threatens cancellation for over-budget, delayed Pentagon programs

Restoring America’s Maritime Dominance - complains that China builds far more ships, and more cheaply, than the U.S., seeks to fund more shipbuilding.

Directing the Repeal of Unlawful Regulations - cites 10 Supreme Court decisions, e.g. Loper Bright v. Raimondo (Chevron doctrine).

Reducing Anti-Competitive Regulatory Barriers - This could affect, for example, FDA approvals, clinical trials, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement regulations, energy, crops and livestock regulations, transportation, logistics, etc.

Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy - "directs certain agencies to incorporate a sunset provision into their regulations governing energy production" (long list of laws from which regulations have been derived). Just another way of Trump trying to get around energy and environmental rules.

Yet he said of John McCain: “He’s not a war hero. He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” and he is cutting the VA. Trump also claims "my proudest legacy will be that of a peacemaker and unifier" - yeah, right.
