Jealous of China's large robot industry, His Majesty, the Felon is contemplating issuing his order to spur American manufacturers to produce robots for us, thinking this will incentivize the reshoring of manufacturing. Probably another lost cause, but good luck.
Maybe he can get more robots to be manufactured in the U.S., but AI is not physical (apart from the data centers) and therefore a lot harder to control.
