Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers - says the H-1B nonimmigrant visa program has been abused (I wonder if he knows from personal experience) to the detriment of American workers. Introduces $100,000 fees on skilled foreign worker visas. Seems to me this will deter the brightest and best.

National POW/MIA Recognition Day, 2025 - extols POWs and MIAs. Yet of John McCain, who was a POW, he said "he's not a war hero", and after McCain died, said, "We’re not going to support that loser’s funeral". September 19, 2025.

The Gold Card - rails against Biden's immigration policies and introduces gold card for desirable aliens, "including successful entrepreneurs, investors, and businessmen and women". But there's a catch. They have to give a gift. "The requisite gift amount shall be $1 million for an individual donating on his or her own behalf and $2 million for a corporation or similar entity donating on behalf of an individual."
