As he says very clearly in the video, THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE BY ALGORITHMIC MANIPULATION.’ I.e., this can’t be anything other than some kind of computer manipulation of the vote count.
It's certainly suspicious, but I can't see Biden doing anything now.
Harris was notified early on but did nothing. After all the donations (I gave over $2,000), the calling, the emails, the rallies, the phone banking and notifying the media, news stations, etc. I am upset with her that she didn’t bother to ask for hand recounts. She had been alerted this was very suspicious.
